The MorningStar Company was founded more than 15 years ago by Ken Jaeger whose intention was to create senior housing that felt like the loving atmosphere of his grandmother’s Midwest home. We now have senior living communities scattered throughout the Western US.

MorningStar’s Casa Sandoval offers 233 bright suites for independent living and assisted living, and each of our stylish apartments is a true home designed to provide residents privacy, comfort, and security. We also offer a whole range of resort-style amenities such as an onsite theatre/chapel, billiards lounge, ice cream parlor, fitness center, general store, a salon and more. For residents’ convenience, Casa Sandoval has garage parking as well as scheduled transportation, and offers beautiful prepared meals served restaurant-style under the direction of our Executive Chef.
